 The Shopping Cart

Using the shopping cart at Class Act Tutu is very simple and very secure. Browse through our store and find the items that you want. Select the colors, sizes and any customization from the product page. Enter quantity in the box. Click the “add to cart” button. The item is automatically placed in your shopping basket. Some items may have additional shipping charges due to their size, weight or special handling requirements. These additional costs ensure that the items are packaged appropriately and arrive in perfect condition. Any additional charges will be noted for each item on the product page. Once you have everything in your shopping cart proceed to checkout. You can choose to sign-in as a registered member of Class Act Tutu or continue shopping as a guest. When you have made your sign-in choice, you will complete a series of forms with your billing, shipping and payment information. Fill them out; complete your order and you’re done! A confirmation page will show a summary of your transaction and an email version of this summary will be promptly sent to the email address you provide. All credit card transactions and confidential information are verified and protected by VeriSign, one of the industry leaders in SSL encryption.

Online Account Registration

Registering for an online account makes your online shopping faster and easier. Your billing and shipping information is securely stored so you won’t need to enter it every time you place an order. You will also be able to log into your account to check the status of your orders and your order history. You will be able to create a gift registry that you can pass on to others. Just click on the “My Account” link at the top of the page to get started. By registering, you will also be able to subscribe to our newsletter. Stay informed about new items, special sales and promotions and fun facts and design tips. You will always have the option to “unsubscribe” easily by following the link at the bottom of each mailing.

Please contact Class Act Tutu at: 800.820.1667 Monday through Friday between the hours of 10am – 6pm Pacific Time to place your telephone order—or if you have any questions. If no one is available to assist you or if it is after hours, please leave a message and we will return your call as soon as possible.

Forms of Payment Accepted

We accept MasterCard, Visa, American Express, Pay Pal and Class Act Tutu gift certificates. Your credit card is charged as soon as your order is placed.

Sales Tax

We charge sales tax to orders shipped to addresses in Washington State. If you have a tax exempt status, please contact us.

Gift Certificates

Class Act Tutu gift certificates are a wonderful gift for the dancer in your life. Gift certificates are available in the amount of your choice and are easily redeemed at checkout by entering the gift certificate number.


At Class Act Tutu, we want you to be pleased with your purchase. If your purchase was not what you expected, or the size you ordered does not fit, return it to us in perfect, unworn condition within 2 weeks for a full refund.  Vala Dancewear returns must have all tags attached.

We cannot be responsible for measurement errors for our made-to-order tutus, but will happily assist you with alteration (additional charges may apply). 

Shipping is not included in the refund amount.

Contact us as soon as possible for a return authorization. We suggest that all return packages be sent fully insured. 
Garments received after the 14 day date will have a credit only issued.

No refunds or credits after 30 days. There is a 25% restocking fee for made-to-order returned items (tutus).

Custom & Rush Order Items - Custom designed, custom fabric, and/or rush order tutus are not refundable but durability is guaranteed under normal wear for repair or replacement.

Sample Sale - Design samples are sold on an “as is” basis.  These pieces are discounted because they have been worn, are cancelled or returned orders,  or are a fit/design that is no longer being used.
