Professional, performance-quality tutu skirt

9-10 layers of tightly gathered netting and 2-3 "seat" ruffles of soft "illusion" for added comfort.

The tutu skirt ruffles are built on a custom dyed power net panty shaped to avoid “riding up.”

Adjustable leg elastic.

Hand-wash and air dry or dry clean.

Includes fitting and finishing instructions and hooks/bars

For that a flat, stiff "pancake" silouette, we suggest adding the "hoop" option.
