Help! I need a tutu in 2 weeks. Can you do a rush order?
Yes! At least….most of the time. When you place your tutu order, select our handy “2-3 Weeks Rush” option under the “Choose Shipping Time” menu. If you need a tutu faster, contact us or check out our “Sample Sale” section for tutus that are ready to go at a discount!
Do you make tutus for children?
No. Our professional tutu designs are an adult fit.
I need a nice tutu but have a very tight budget. What do you offer?
We offer many options for getting the price of your tutu order down. Make sure and use our first order discount coupon. We are so confident that you will love your Class Act tutu that we offer a 10% discount on your first order! For schools and companies, we offer volume discounts. The more you buy, the more you save. Think ahead and save. We offer a 5% discount with a > than 8 week lead time on tutu orders except during the Nutcracker season (September, October and November). Watch for seasonal ballet costume specials, like our Nutcracker early-order discounts.
I found a picture in a magazine of a tutu I want. What should I do?
At Class Act Tutu, we can work from a photo, a sketch, a description. Give us a call and we can talk. See the custom ballet tutus section for more details and some examples.
How do I know my tutu will fit?
Follow our instructions in the How to Measure section to select your correct tutu size. Since all bodies are shaped a little differently, we build in options to fine-tune your tutu fit or for sharing your ballet costumes within a company or school. Our tutu designs include options for alteration at the side seams and the center backs. Bodices can be altered +/- 2 inches and the basque/panties can generally be altered +/- 1 inch.
